How a shared tour works

Pick your tour and date
Choose a package and the day you want to travel. Every price on the page is the price you pay.

Choose your vehicle
Car, jeep, minibus or coach. Share the vehicle with other travellers, or book it privately so it is just your group.

Pay and get confirmed
Pay by eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer or cash at the office. We confirm by SMS and email once the payment clears.

We pick you up
Tell us where you are staying and the driver comes to you on the morning of the tour.
A shared tour is pooled with other travellers taking the same route on the same date, which is what keeps the per-person price low. Prefer your own vehicle? Book the whole vehicle at checkout and nobody else joins you.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Tell us where you are staying when you book and the driver will come to you. Pickup is anywhere inside the city.
On a shared tour you travel with other guests and pay for your own seats only. On a private tour you pay for every seat in the vehicle, including the empty ones, so nobody else joins you.
A flat price for the whole vehicle and driver for the day, with no per-seat maths. Useful for offices, families and wedding parties.
Cancel more than 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Between 48 and 24 hours we refund half. Inside 24 hours the booking is not refundable, but call us and we will do what we can.
Only if you tick the food option when you book. It is charged per person travelling, never on the empty seats of a private vehicle.
eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, or cash at the office. For wallet and bank payments upload the screenshot and we confirm once we have checked it, usually within the hour.
